Terms of service
These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between Emporio Comunicazione srls and the Customer in relation to the remote sale of products via the website WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT (and the domains connected to it), owned by Emporio Comunicazione srl with registered office in via Abruzzi 72 - 90144 - Palermo VAT number and tax code 10818020967 email: emporiocomunicazione@legalmail.it
Each transaction will be regulated by Italian law and, where applicable, by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6/09/2005; as regards privacy, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1) Definitions:
a) Customer: the person who makes the contractual proposal to purchase products on the site WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT;
b) producer: the manufacturer of the goods, or his intermediary, placed on sale on the site WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT;
c) product: any good intended for sale on the site WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT;
2) Product Features:
The essential characteristics of the product are reported in the sheets inside the catalogue on the website WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT and refer to the information provided by the manufacturer.

The image has only purely descriptive purpose and may not be perfectly representative of the product but differ in size and color.
3) Selling price:
All prices listed on WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT They include VAT and all other taxes.
4) Orders:
The Customer can only purchase the products present and indicated as available in the electronic catalogue on the website WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT when placing the order.
The indication of the availability of a given product or of the quantity of it is subject to change and does not necessarily involve the actual availability of the same at the time of the forwarding of the order by the Customer.
The forwarding of the order by the Customer is equivalent to a contractual purchase proposal.
Correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Emporio Comunicazione srl via email sent to the email address provided by the Customer in the contractual proposal and containing the identifying data of the order placed by the Customer.
5) Purchase contract:
The purchase contract between Emporio Comunicazione srl and the Customer will be considered concluded, following verification of the availability of the product, with the formal acceptance by Emporio Comunicazione srl
Emporio Comunicazione srl reserves the right to accept or reject the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to assert any rights of any kind and/or requests for compensation, whether contractual or non-contractual, for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things as a consequence of the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Emporio Comunicazione srl will communicate its acceptance or refusal of the contract to the Customer at the email address provided.
6) Payment methods:
The accepted payment methods are indicated on the website WWW.EMPORIOSICILIA.IT and they are as follows:
a) credit card via Paypal;
b) bank transfer to Emporio Comunicazione srls using the bank details that will be communicated to the customer
c) Plickr
d) Scalapay: If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you choose. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV. S.rl, to related parties and their assignees, and authorize such assignment.
7) Delivery methods and shipping costs:
Before proceeding with the shipment of the product, Emporio Comunicazione srl must receive payment from the Customer.
Shipping costs vary from country to country.
Deliveries to European Economic Area countries vary depending on the destination country. For the United States and Canada, alcoholic beverages will be shipped separately and at different costs than other products in the catalog.
Emporio Comunicazione srl will ship the goods, preferably within 7-15 working days of payment.
The Customer undertakes to accept the order even in the event of delays of up to 30 days, without this being considered a breach of contract by Emporio Comunicazione srl.
The Customer acknowledges that, given the possible simultaneous orders, the availability of the goods may vary.
Any damage to the packaging or non-delivery of packages must be immediately reported to the designated carrier, accepting the delivery subject to verification of the contents. In this case, the Customer undertakes to notify Emporio Comunicazione srl by registered mail with return receipt within 10 days of any discrepancies in the products received.
Delivery is intended to be at street level, unless otherwise communicated.

9) Withdrawal:
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer classified as a "Consumer" pursuant to the definition in art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product by registered mail with return receipt addressed to:

The product must be returned intact and the additional shipping costs, except in cases of non-compliance, are borne by the Customer.
10) Controversies:
For any disputes or controversies, the Court of Milan will have jurisdiction.
In the event of a purchase by a Customer classified as a "Consumer" pursuant to the definition in art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the competent court will be that of the Consumer.
