The enhancement of native vines, the experimentation of new products and their realization achieved while maintaining high quality in all phases of the working process, are the meaning we want to give to this new reality in an ancient world.
Luna Sicana has been managing all its crops and processing phases since 2012 with a certified organic regime.

Our company is located in a fascinating territory, which reflects the true Sicily, the one that takes you back over the years and makes you return to the true values of a time where one of the most precious things was the land and its products. Our production of wine, oil and pistachios are focused on the enhancement of native species with an organic production method. Our valley is characterized by different types of land as it is crossed by the river Platani which over the years has left both silty and sandy soil and a part with numerous river stones. On each soil we have carefully chosen the type of cultivation in order to give the best natural contribution to our crops.
In our company the wind is always present both as a light breeze that helps to keep the plants healthy and as a strong sirocco that in the winter period favors a very pleasant warmth while in the summer it leads us to carry out many processes in the first cool hours of the morning to be able to preserve the aromas and freshness of our fruits.. Another factor that distinguishes our territory is the high minerality of the land that is found in our products and in our wines, making them savory and with excellent freshness.
