Grillo's Sicilian Vinegar with Oregano features citrus notes of Grillo wine plus the typical characteristics of Sicilian oregano.
Vinegar produced with a natural method and refined in barrels, the flavoring is obtained with maceration of fresh natural products.
Any deposit does not alter the quality and taste of the product and can be eliminated with simple filtration.
A Flavored Vinegar is born from the native Grillo vine and local oregano.
Vinegars, like the great Sicilian wines, mature in wood, four months for white wine vinegars, over a year for those from red wines.
