The Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon is obtained by simultaneously pressing the Nocellara del Belìce olives with fresh Sicilian lemons.

The Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives mixed with freshly harvested Sicilian citrus fruits and started together with the pressing and "cold" extraction to best preserve their taste and aromas.

The Citrus Oil thus obtained is left to rest for four months for "refinement" in steel silos and under nitrogen before bottling.

The flavor of Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon is medium spicy, with a fresh hint of lemon, excellent for seasoning fish, crudités, cold cuts and Mediterranean salads.
