Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mandarin
Mandarin dressing obtained by simultaneously pressing the “Nocellara del Belice” variety olives with fresh Sicilian mandarins.
Ideal for crudités, meat and fish rolls, salmon and smoked ham, bresaola, preparation of desserts and salads. 100% Nocellara del Belice cultivar.

Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mandarin
The Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mandarin is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives mixed with freshly harvested Sicilian citrus fruits and started together with the pressing and "cold" extraction to best preserve their taste and aromas.
The oil thus obtained is left to rest for four months for "refinement" in steel silos and under nitrogen before bottling.
The flavor of Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mandarin is medium spicy, with a fresh hint of mandarin, excellent for seasoning fish, crudités, cold cuts and Mediterranean salads.
