The Amaro Siciliano Allorino has arrived, a liqueur made with an infusion of only carefully selected bay leaves and its name comes from the reference to the knife grinder, an artisan profession which consisted of grinding and sharpening blades. The legendary catchphrase, obviously modified by us, was: "women, the knife sharpener has arrived: it sharpens knives, scissors, scissors...".

Bitters , like our Amaro Siciliano Allorino , are very similar to liqueurs: they are in fact also produced through maceration and/or infusion of herbs.

In fact, bitterness, as the name suggests, does not have sweet properties : its bitterness is due to the use of a lower percentage of sugar.
