The secret of Amaro Siciliano Tutone is its genuine ingredients: a skilful selection of herbs, aromas and fragrances.
Coming from a family tradition that began in 1813 in Palermo and which still lasts today, the Tutone amaro recipe has never changed over time.

- Format : 70 cl
- Alcohol content: 34% vol
- Use: It can be added in a few drops to fresh water. It is also used as the main ingredient in some fruit cocktails, in certain typical Sicilian pastas and desserts and is used as a coffee corrective.
- Cocktails: For the tough and pure: the Tutone amaro can be drunk neat, or "on the rocks" with a few ice cubes and a splash of lemon or orange juice. Also suitable for bitter novices, thanks to the full but gentle taste. It can also be used in a reinterpretation of the Negroni, one of the most loved and well-known cocktails. The original recipe calls for three equal parts of gin, Campari and red vermouth. In this " Sicilian Negroni " you can replace Campari with Amaro Tutone. The aromatic note of the Sicilian distillate is in fact well balanced by the sweetness of the vermouth.
- Pairings: Perfect as a liqueur to sip at the end of a meal, it pairs well with traditional desserts andtypical Sicilian biscuits , such as Agnuni and almond pastries.
