Pasta Busiate Lunghe is a typical pasta from Trapani, in its original (long) shape, which is enhanced by typical condiments, such as
Pestos and sauces. Busiata is a type of pasta that has been recognized as a Traditional Agri-Food Product of the Sicily region.

The name comes from “busa”, or the stem of a grass plant that was once used to twist the busiate.

• PISTACHIO PESTO – ALICOS:

The simplicity of the ingredients makes this pistachio pesto one of a kind;
