• LONG BUSIATE PASTA - SICILY NATURALLY:

Pasta Busiate Lunghe is a typical pasta from Trapani, in its original (long) shape, which is enhanced by typical condiments, such as
Pestos and sauces. Busiata is a type of pasta that has been recognized as a Traditional Agri-Food Product of the Sicily region.

The name comes from “busa”, or the stem of a grass plant that was once used to twist the busiate.

• PISTACHIO PESTO – ALICOS:

The simplicity of the ingredients makes this pistachio pesto one of a kind;

Our Pistachio Pesto is the ideal condiment for many dishes paired with meat, fish or anything else, also excellent spread on slices of bread to serve as an appetizer or snack.

• PISTACHIO CREAM IN A TUBE – ALICOS:

Delicious in essence, unique in its packaging, the pistachio cream in the tube is the only green color that colors the palate with infinite sweetness.
