• LONG BUSIATE PASTA - SICILY NATURALLY:

Pasta Busiate Lunghe is a typical pasta from Trapani, in its original format (long), which is enhanced by typical condiments, such as
pestos and sauces. Busiata is a pasta format that has obtained recognition as a Traditional Agri-Food Product of the Sicily region.

The name comes from the "busa", or the stem of a graminaceous plant which was anciently used to twist busiate.

• PISTACHIO PESTO – ALICOS:

The simplicity of the ingredients makes this pistachio pesto one of a kind;

our Pistachio Pesto is the ideal condiment for many dishes paired with meat, fish or anything else, also excellent spread on slices of bread to serve as an appetizer or appetizer.

• PISTACHIO CREAM IN TUBE – ALICOS:
