• PASTA BUSIATE SHORT - SICILY NATURALLY: Busiate alla trapanese is a tasty and fragrant first course, typical of Sicilian tradition. The protagonist is a short pasta shape, with a characteristic spiral shape, still prepared by hand with great skill and speed by Sicilian housewives.

• GROUPER SAUCE - CAMPISI: Grouper sauce is a must-have in Sicilian culinary tradition. Fishing for grouper for the first time is a sort of rite of passage into adulthood for young Sicilians. 

• CAPONATA - ALICOS Sicilian caponata is a tale of ancient aromas that transport us back in time. They transport us to our grandmother's kitchen, amid the aromas of freshly cooked vegetables and warm, freshly baked bread.
