Sicilian spaghetti are naturally made only with 100% Made in Sicily durum wheat semolina, Bronze drawn for better consistency, roughness and callosity. A typical ingredient of the Mediterranean diet. 

• CUTTLEFISH INK SAUCE – CAMPISI: Pasta with cuttlefish ink (pasta cu nivuru 'ra siccia) is one of the most recognizable and famous of Sicilian cuisine. A dish that, thanks to its particular taste, is also found on the menus of starred restaurants. You will enjoy a dish with an intense fish aroma and, why not, fun to eat, especially if you have small children.

• CREAM OF ARTICHOKE WITH CITRUS FRUITS - TERRA DELICATA: The product is prepared only with the heart of Sicilian artichokes, grown scrupulously respecting nature, without the use of pesticides, and following the seasonality, these artichokes contain the true flavor of the land of Sicily. • SICILIAN MANDARIN JAM – ALICOS: Our Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade from Sicily is prepared using the mandarin “Late of Ciaculli”, a prized Sicilian mandarin with a very delicate aroma and intense flavour (like the peel of a fresh mandarin). For this reason, the jam from these mandarins is suitable for making desserts or paired with different types of cheese, both soft and hard, or simply spread on a slice of bread.

• SICILIAN ZIBIBBO WINE: Magnificent dessert wine, ideal with all dry and creamy pastries, also to be tried with nougat, fruit and traditional Sicilian artisanal ice creams.
