• SQUID INK SAUCE – ETNAFRUTTI: Pasta with cuttlefish ink (pasta cu nivuru 'ra siccia) is one of the most recognizable and famous in Sicilian cuisine. A dish which, thanks to its particular taste, can also be found on the menus of starred restaurants. You will enjoy a dish with an intense fishy aroma and, why not, fun to eat, especially if you have small children.
