Caurus Our unfiltered red wine. Its bold, pleasant body envelops every sip. The vines draw on the beneficial influence of the sea breeze, giving the wine a unique and captivating character. Perfect paired with meat dishes or with dark chocolate as a dessert.

Eno-Sensory Analysis:

• COLOR Intense ruby red. Its structure and light haze make it impenetrable to the eye.
• PERFUME: Rich and highly concentrated with red fruits, especially blackberries, cherries, and plums. A very clean and delicate nose that invites you to drink it with your nose.
• TASTE : A wine with a great balance of flavors, concentrated yet elegant and balanced, making it a very versatile and captivating wine, given its delicacy and silkiness on the palate. In unfiltered wine, the residue of fermentation yeasts remains suspended or at the bottom, so the aromas are constantly evolving, creating an ever-evolving tasting experience over time, further enhanced by the maturation of the tannins.

Winemaking Data:

• ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% Vol.
• RED VINIFICATION: Harvesting of grapes at optimal ripeness. Destemming, maceration of the skins with the must. Soft pressing of the grapes and very slow fermentation at a controlled temperature with the yeasts naturally present in the grapes.
• REFINEMENT: In steel barrels for 9 months and 3 months in oak barrels.
• BOTTLE AGEING: 5/6 months
• LONGEVITY OF WINE: Over 5 Years
