Peel the garlic and fry it with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and add the pitted olives. Continue cooking for approximately 8-10 minutes. until the sauce starts to narrow.
