• Cultivated in the Fratacchia district , in the Monreale countryside
• Exposure – north and west
• Altitude – 170 above sea level
• Soils – Slightly sloping, deep with clayey grain size
• Year of planting – 2003
• Breeding – Simple Guyot espalier
• Density -4000 plants per hectare
• Cultivation method – Organic
• Harvest – manual, first ten days of September
• Yield – 60 quintals per hectare
• Vinification and aging – In conditioned steel silos and bottle
• Color – Intense red with violet reflections
• Perfume – Enveloping and penetrating berries, persistent aroma
• Flavor – Soft tannin and round in taste
