From the brilliant seas of the Mediterranean, we purchase freshly caught fish, brought to our production plant and processed immediately, a detail that makes a difference in the quality of the product.
In addition to the traditional cans of salted anchovies, the Sicilian Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil are packaged in a jar in oil, also rolled with capers, pistachio and dried cherry tomato, very delicious also marinated, seasoned with chilli pepper, oregano and the good local olive oil!
