Grease a baking dish with 3 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and place the clean, head-removed anchovies in it. Add the pine nuts, raisins or red fruits previously soaked in warm water.Sprinkle the anchovies with the chopped parsley and garlic, a spoonful of breadcrumbs and a spoonful of oil. Place in the oven and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve accompanied by a good white wine.
