Recipe with Mediterranean Mackerel Fillets :

Heat the chopped onion in the extra virgin olive oil and brown it. Add the washed and quartered cherry tomatoes. Leave to cook for 5 minutes. Add the previously drained mackerel fillets, trying to leave them whole. Add a little white wine and let it evaporate. Season with salt. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente, drain it and sauté it in the pan with the sauce for a few minutes. Plate and serve.
