Suggested recipe with Fior di Sale with Sage: Tagliolini with Lemon and Anchovies

Meanwhile, separately, melt a knob of butter and a little olive oil in a large pan over a moderate heat; when the butter has melted, add the Fior di Sale to the Sicilian Sage , a pinch of pepper, the juice of a lemon and the anchovies which must fry for no more than 5 minutes. Drain the pasta al dente, put it in the pan, sauté it for a couple of minutes with the anchovies and serve. For 400g of tagliolini you need around 300g of fresh anchovies.
