The Flamì Dop red wine of Sicily is produced by the Tenuta Chiarelli Cuffaro, located in Contrada Consorto in San Michele di Ganzaria.

The 70-hectare estate is located on the edge of a centuries-old forest and hosts vineyards, olive groves, prickly pear groves and cultivations of saffron, pistachios, almond trees, rosemary and thyme.

An open-air paradise in the heart of a fertile territory nourished by the heat of the sun and the colors of uncontaminated nature.

Our Sicilian Flamì Dop Red Wine is a wine that presents an intense bouquet of aromas of red fruit and prickly pears that embrace the vineyards, produced with Nero d'Avola, Petit Verdot and Tempranillo grapes.

  Succulent red meats, pasta dishes and risottos based on legumes and grouper ragù. Excellent with blue or mature cheeses.
