Centopassi It is the winemaking soul of the Libera Terra cooperatives that cultivate lands confiscated from the mafia in Sicily. Libera Terra is the agricultural soul of the social cooperatives that, under the umbrella of the Libera association, manage lands and structures confiscated from the mafia in Sicily, Calabria, Puglia, and Campania. They involve other organic farmers from Southern Italy who share their principles in this productive revitalization effort.
