In this jar the real protagonist is the orange Habanero , a variety with citrus notes and a degree of spiciness on the Scoville scale which remains among the highest after Naga Morich.

 The degree of spiciness of this Chilli Jam together with the other ingredients of the artisanal recipe make this jam perfect for all those palates who love to experiment and be won over by a strong but not too pungent flavour.
