• The Sicilian bee consumes very little honey, which allows for the same honey supply to have a greater probability of survival of the drawer.
• Strong ability to self-defense, in twenty-five years of working with the Sicilian bee and with the Sicilian f1 it has never happened to me that a hive or a nucleus with a queen allowed itself to be plundered.
