Color: slightly honeyed amber color tending towards beige when it crystallizes.
Crystallization: fine-grained crystals, it takes on the appearance of a cream when it crystallizes. Honey of very difficult production since this too is a winter honey, the bees brave the wind, the rain and clearly the cold to collect this nectar.
Smell: delicate but with an intense aroma reminiscent of the same fruit.
