The passion for the honey he almost accidentally transformed the personal interest of Carlo Amodeo in an excellent beekeeping company, which today has approximately 1,500 beehives distributed throughout Sicily. On the slopes of the San Calogero Park, the activity is developed across three laboratories, one of which is entirely powered by solar and photovoltaic energy, for zero-impact and environmentally friendly production. 
For over twenty years Amodeo has been working with the Sicilian honey bee, unique in the world and selected for purity in collaboration with leading research institutes. Hardy, resistant, and able to adapt even to extreme conditions, this subspecies guarantees effective pollination and honeys of extraordinary quality. 
The honey by Carlo Amodeo It was also born thanks to the bees that practice the nomadism, following the flowers in the different areas of Sicily to collect the best of each season.
