The fermentation of Gadì Catarratto Doc Sicilia takes place in steel. Lasts 15 days at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The refinement also takes place in steel.

Straw yellow glass with green reflections. On the nose, Gadì Catarratto Doc Sicilia releases varietal and delicate notes. The aromas recall Mediterranean scrub, crunchy fruit and citrus fruits. Dry, fresh and harmonious in the mouth.

The wines of the Cossentino Agricultural Company are born from respect for nature and careful and rigorous organic viticulture, including our Vino Gadì Catarratto Doc Sicilia . The company is located in the hilly part of the Gulf of Castellammare, in the Lavatore/Costa di Bisaccia district (350 meters above sea level), one of the most beautiful and evocative production areas of the Alcamo DOC. The traditional native vines such as Catarratto, Inzolia, Grillo and Nero d'Avola have been joined by non-native vines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah which in these lands have found unparalleled pedo-climatic conditions for the maturation and production of great wines . In the mid-90s the Cossentino farm was among the very first wineries in Sicily to obtain organic farming certification!
