• Winemaking: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (14/16°C) after a short cryomaceration of the grapes for at least 6 hours

• Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections

• Odor: Intense and delicate, with pleasant and fine floral hints of orange blossom that blend with distinct notes of white peach, citrus and tropical fruit.

• Taste: Fresh, soft, it is very pleasant on the palate due to its balanced acidity and long, mineral and decidedly savoury finish.
