The Marsala Fine Ambra Semisecco Doc of Sicily is a fortified white wine. Despite the name, its production is not limited to the Marsala area but is extended to the entire province of Trapani, with the exception of the municipalities of Pantelleria, Favignana and Avola. It was the first Sicilian wine to obtain the recognition of the Controlled Designation of Origin in 1969.

The nose is broad, intense and enveloping, with hints that recall candied orange peel, dried figs, dates, caramel, combined with woody and spicy notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate.
