• Production area: Eloro district (south-eastern Sicily)
• Altitude: Approximately 50 metres
• Soil: Limestone with fine texture
• Yield per hectare: HL 100
• Density per hectare: Between 4500-5500 plants
• Harvest period: 2020
• Refinement and Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes, crushing and destemming, maceration of the pomace for 4 days, malolactic fermentation, tartaric cryostabilization for 5 months in stainless steel barrels
