The Sicilian Gin Insulæ is a distillate that recalls the true aromas of Sicily , obtained from the distillation in small batches (Small Batch) of predominantly Sicilian botanicals, we are talking about Oranges and Lemons, Mandarin, Carob, Pistachio, Sesame, Almond and Jasmine, a collection of aromas that combined together give this excellent Gin freshness and softness.

Insulae Gin is a very versatile product that lends itself to mixing, being a distillate that has fresh notes given by citrus fruits, but also herbaceous and spicy notes given by carob and pistachios, therefore allowing you to obtain drinks such as the classic Gin & Tonic, a real gem .
