• Type of soil: Munti, a plateau of marly origin with a high clayey component and strong limestone

• Winemaking: The grapes are crushed and destemmed after a short cold maceration to promote the release of color, they are pressed with a pneumatic press. After a rapid cold clarification, the musts were racked and fermented at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts, in steel tanks

• Maturation: About 4 months in steel. Refining in bottle
