Recipe with Mediterranean Red Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Soak the capers and the anchovy separately in water to remove the salt. In a pan, capable of also containing the spaghetti , place the chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil and the chilli pepper if you like it. Clean the anchovy , pat it dry with paper and add it to the chopped garlic, brown gently and add the peeled tomatoes, mash them with a fork and add the capers, chopped parsley and simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti. Drain the tuna from the preservation oil and add it to the tomato sauce and add salt if necessary. Drain the spaghetti, transfer them to the pan and let them season with pepper to taste. Serve the spaghetti with Mediterranean tuna piping hot and enjoy your meal!
