Kikè Traminer Aromatico White Wine is a Sicilian white wine with a rich and exuberant aromatic profile, obtained from Traminer Aromatico and Sauvignon and with a typically island expressiveness. Its scent is played on nuances of exotic and candied fruit, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and orange blossom flowers, with a mineral and marine counterpoint. On the palate it is soft, seductive, tasty, fresh and fruity

The Kikè Traminer Aromatic White Wine opens up on the nose to hints of white fruit, spices and delicate floral notes. The sip is intense and full, and reflects what is perceived by smell. It refines initially in stainless steel for a few months, and then ends in the bottle after a period of 3 months. The grapes come from vineyards located at 500 meters above sea level and therefore subject to strong temperature variations between day and night, which guarantees the natural formation of intense aromas in the grapes.

Tasting Notes:

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, the scent is reminiscent of spices and candied fruit. The taste of this wine is full and intense. Fruity and floral notes emerge with hints of spices also on the palate.

How to combine:

It is a wine that pairs perfectly with appetizers and appetizers prepared with cheeses and vegetables. It is ideal for accompanying fish-based dishes, risottos, pastas, grilled dishes and fried foods. It should be served fresh and can be enjoyed as an aperitif. Serving temperature 12-15°C.
