Our Grillo Bio wine has a straw yellow color; Nose with fruity notes that recall exotic fruit but also with hints of citrus.

The different grape varieties are vinified separately to enhance and enhance the character and entity of the vines. The choice to carry out simple and minimally invasive winemaking allows us to enhance and preserve the peculiar characteristics that the varieties take on in our territory. Coarse filtrations and clarifications are carried out without the use of substances of animal origin.
