Red Wine Caro Maestro Sicilia PGI is a wine produced with a "Bordeaux blend": with "cut", we mean the mixing of different wines per grape variety, while the second term indicates those vines originating from the Bordeaux region in France, i.e. : cabernet, merlot (as well as, in some years, petit verdot ), vines now cultivated throughout Italy, and which in Sicily have shown splendid adaptation.

The Caro Maestro Sicilia PGI Red Wine is a deep, very balanced wine, with tannins of exemplary elegance and a savory finish which supports its favorable evolution over time.
A wine of great substance and depth, elegant, unmistakable on the nose due to its intense spiciness, the Caro Maestro Sicilia PGI Red Wine is a Bordeaux made rich but measured, not opulent; powerful but never heavy, on the contrary, smooth and juicy.
HOW IT COMBINED
The Caro Maestro Sicilia PGI Red Wine goes well with dishes based on lamb, boiled meat, veal kidney, duck a l'orange, roasted game and in general with meat-based dishes with an intense flavour, with a recommended serving temperature between 16 -20°C.

The surrounding area is home to countless varieties of grape plants intended for wine, but what strongly characterizes the wines are the pedoclimatic variety and the different terroirs that exist in these areas.
We could never talk about Cabernet Sauvignon or any Merlot, but only and simply about Sicilian Cabernet Sauvignon or Sicilian Merlot and the same goes for our KiKè, the Sicilian Traminer.
The history that links this Sicilian winery to its territory is truly unique and is sanctioned by the respect and awareness that producing wine in this environmental context is a responsibility as well as a source of pride:
The vineyards of the Cantina Fina extend mainly along the hill where the new cellar and the new structure dedicated to wine tourism are located, and are home to a large part of native vines such as Grillo and Nero d'Avola, Perricone for which Bruno continues the frantic search for original clones to restore ancient and "original" character to one's wines.
The jewel in the crown is undoubtedly the winemaking department, which today allows the grapes to be processed with the utmost respect for the integrity of the fruit, and the barrel cellar, with a total capacity, including barriques and large barrels, of approximately 50,000 litres.
In this room the temperature and humidity of the air are constantly kept at ideal values.
The packaging department is also of the latest generation, now housed in a special room, where the new bottling monobloc and an innovative microfiltration system stand out, which allows wines to be bottled that have not undergone unnerving clarification and filtration. The storage and bottle aging department is also temperature-conditioned.
