The 100% Catarratto It is carefully harvested in crates in the first days of September to ensure maximum integrity of the grapes. The vinification and refinement take place exclusively in steel for a period of 8 months, preserving the purity and freshness of the wine.

Tasting Notes

• Visual examination: Color bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections, a sign of freshness and liveliness.
• Olfactory examination: Elegant and harmonious bouquet, with floral notes which intertwine with hints of pear, peach and a pleasant reminder of aromatic herbs.
• Taste-olfactory test: The sip, consistent with the olfactory sensations, is fresh and pleasant, with good acidity and a finish of excellent persistence.

The Terre di Gratia vineyards and olive groves are located in Camporeale, 40 km south of Palermo, exactly halfway between the north and south coasts of Sicily.

This condition creates a unique microclimate, with sharp temperature variations between day and night and typical island ventilation, which mitigates the scorching summer heat. It is therefore a particularly suitable area for viticulture and olive growing. Our vineyards are located on a single slope of the Belice Valley, facing southeast, on predominantly clay soils.

Strictly organically grown, they extend over a total area of almost 10 hectares, nestled on the side of a hill that starts at 100 m above sea level and reaches up to around 300 m.
