Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 slices of fillet about 1 cm thick
- 30 g of butter
- 200 g of sweet gorgonzola
- Half a glass of whole milk
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Method
- Brown the fillet slices in a pan with butter until the desired meat is cooked (more or less rare).
- Lightly salt the meat, add a little black pepper to taste and leave it in the pan, covering it with a lid.
- Melt the sliced gorgonzola in a saucepan with the milk.
- As soon as the gorgonzola has melted, take the slices of meat and place them on a serving plate (or a single one if you want to plate the single portion). Pour the gorgonzola cream over the meat.
And now your fillet with sweet gorgonzola is ready to become the undisputed protagonist of your dinner!
